## Restrictions

- Register proposed customers with Airia; leads contacted by Airia, submitted by another partner, or already a customer, partner or supplier within the previous six months are rejected
- Accepted leads must subscribe within 90 days and retain their subscription for at least 90 days
- Obtain prior written consent for each promotion using Airia marks and follow its branding guidelines
- Do not make unauthorized statements or commitments on Airia's behalf or offer discounts or special terms
- Do not independently, jointly, directly or indirectly develop software, subscription services or products competing with Airia's AI orchestration platform during the agreement and for 12 months after termination or expiry
