Apploye is an employee productivity platform for remote, hybrid and in-office teams. It monitors screen activity and records work sessions, tracks time and attendance, separates productive from unproductive hours, calculates wages from actual work done, generates invoices and builds time reports in Excel and PDF.
The affiliate program runs on Tolt and pays 30% of the net subscription fees Apploye receives from each referred customer. The program page and the affiliate terms describe the commission length differently.

## Restrictions

- Current Apploye employees, contractors and their immediate family members, parties on sanctions or restricted-party lists, and anyone previously removed from the program are not eligible
- One affiliate account per person or entity
- Clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share an affiliate link
- No false, exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims about Apploye, including invented features, incorrect pricing, fabricated testimonials or reviews, guaranteed savings or income claims, or false statements about competitors
- No sub-affiliates and no routing traffic through affiliate aggregators or sub-networks without prior written consent
- No bulk unsolicited email, SMS, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or forum messages, and no posting links in comment sections, unrelated threads or communities where promotion is not allowed
- No bidding on Apploye marks, their misspellings or variations on Google Ads, Bing, Meta or any other ad network, no Apploye marks in ad headlines, ad copy, display URLs or display names, and no direct-linking paid ads to apploye.com; add Apploye marks as negative keywords in automated campaigns
- No domains, subdomains, social handles, app names or pages containing "Apploye" or confusingly similar terms, no cloning or framing the Apploye website, no pages designed to be mistaken for official Apploye properties, and no customer support in Apploye's name
- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe or pixel stuffing, typosquatting, adware, toolbars, link-injecting browser extensions, traffic bots, click farms or tampering with tracking parameters
- No posting on coupon, deal or voucher sites, and no presenting an affiliate link as a coupon, discount code or exclusive deal, unless a specific offer is agreed in writing
