ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation, makes IT management software for organizations: endpoint management, service desk, network and server monitoring, Active Directory and identity management, and security and log management, in cloud and on-premises editions.
The affiliate program pays a referral fee per qualified referral, with a $100 floor. The affiliate page and the program agreement describe the percentage, how long commission applies and the cookie length differently. Payouts can be requested once unpaid fees reach $100, via PayPal or wire transfer. Paid search ads are not allowed.

## Restrictions

- Zoho/ManageEngine reseller partners, reseller consultants and their employees and immediate family, and Zoho/ManageEngine employees and their immediate family cannot join
- No other Zoho partnership program during the agreement without Zoho's written permission
- No using your affiliate link to buy for yourself, your employees or immediate family

- No reproducing ManageEngine marketing materials, videos, webinars, case studies, testimonials or manuals as your own
- No promoting the program on ad platforms such as Google Ads or Microsoft Ads, no bidding on Zoho, ManageEngine or product names as keywords, and no using the affiliate link as an ad landing page
- No registering trademarks or domain names confusingly similar to Zoho's trademarks
