Pickaxe is a no-code platform for creating, deploying and monetizing custom AI tools and agents. Creators and teams can share tools, embed them in websites and organize them into branded workspaces.
Its affiliate programme advertises 40% revenue commissions on qualifying new Gold or Pro purchases. Affiliates must remain paid Pickaxe users to accrue earnings. Referrals use last-touch attribution, and payments are described through PayPal. The main duration wording and annual examples differ, so the earning period is not presented as a settled promise.

## Restrictions

- Affiliate earnings accrue only while the affiliate has a paid Pickaxe subscription; referrals made while the affiliate is not paying do not earn a payout.
- Do not bid on, buy or use Pickaxe brand terms, related names, variations or misspellings as paid campaign keywords, including on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads or similar platforms.
- Do not use your own affiliate links to create additional accounts for yourself.
- Do not engage in fraudulent, abusive or bad-faith referral activity; earnings may be withheld during an investigation and payouts may end if violations are confirmed.
- Content submitted to Pickaxe must be owned by the user or posted with permission and must comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
- Content submitted to Pickaxe must not imply affiliation with or endorsement by Pickaxe or another person or entity without that party's prior express written consent.
- Builders sharing Pickaxe tools must give legally required notices that the builder and Pickaxe staff may observe user interactions and that Pickaxe's terms and privacy policy apply.
- Keep Pickaxe account credentials confidential and take responsibility for use of those credentials.
- Protect the other party's confidential information with at least reasonable care; disclose it only to personnel or providers who need it to fulfil the agreement and are bound by equally protective confidentiality obligations.
- Pickaxe users under 13 require supervision by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.
