• Protect confidential information, use it only to perform the agreement, and do not disclose it without consent except as legally required; disclosed-to personnel must have equally protective written duties.
• Return or destroy confidential information when the agreement ends and certify destruction if requested.
• Do not assign, delegate or transfer agreement rights or duties without Quartile’s prior written consent.
• No self-referrals, including controlled or commonly controlled entities, affiliates, principals, officers, directors, employees or immediate family members; commissions may be withheld or recovered.
