## Restrictions

- Use the Readymode name; do not rebrand, modify or white-label its software.
- Do not claim to manage or own Readymode software IP, or offer ownership of any software copy, element, concept or related IP.
- Introduce prospective customers through PartnerStack or the unique link; do not sell software-use rights yourself. Readymode arranges customer agreements and collects customer payments directly and in full.
- Do not bind Readymode, change its pricing or contract terms, or make representations beyond the agreement’s authorization.
- On irrevocable default, stop contacting Readymode clients on its behalf or for its product interests.
- After irrevocable default, do not sell competing products or services to Readymode clients learned of or accessed through this or derived agreements; the surviving clause specifies no 12-month expiry.
- Immediately notify Readymode of requests for its Do Not Call list and follow up diligently if receipt is not acknowledged.
- Follow all applicable telemarketing regulations.
- Be able to explain and pitch the platform’s value within 90 days of signing.
- No Readymode brand or confusing-variant bidding or targeting in paid digital or offline ads. No paid ad may name the brand or contain, link to or direct traffic to a referral link, tracking key or partner page, even if the ad is unbranded.
