## Restrictions

- Complete platform training and Partner Manager onboarding in the first two weeks before pitching.
- The recurring Partner Program requires an established business with existing customers and the ability and resources to sell, implement and support respond.io.
- No white-label version is offered; sell respond.io under its own platform identity while offering your own implementation, integration, training and support services.
- Maintain a separate respond.io account for each customer and manage each customer’s setup and billing.
- To maintain reseller status, bring in a first paying customer within three months and at least one paying customer every three months thereafter.
- Users must represent a business, be legally adult and have capacity to enter a binding agreement.
