SurveyLab is online survey and questionnaire software for customer experience, employee engagement, market research and user experience, with online forms, online tests and 360 feedback. It collects data on PC, laptop, tablet and mobile and through SMS and QR codes, and research and reporting can be automated through integrations with systems such as CRM, eShop and BI. The partner program pays 20% commission on each new sale completed with your partner code. You join by creating a free SurveyLab account and opening the Partner Program section in its settings. Commission is paid on request once you collect 100 USD (or 100 EUR, 100 GBP or 500 PLN), to a bank or PayPal account.
Commission details: 20% of the closed net sale for each new customer completed with your partner code. Commission is granted after the customer pays and SurveyLab receives the money; no commission on sales that cannot be identified and assigned to the partner, are unpaid, cancelled or refunded, or are not completed. Sales need cookies enabled in the customer's browser to be registered.
