Teams source candidates from a skills-tested talent pool, then screen them with 350+ science-backed tests, AI interviews and resume scoring, so they shortlist on demonstrated ability rather than resumes alone. The Momentum partner program runs on PartnerStack and pays 10% commission on the first year of every new customer, based on the first contract's annual value. It is built for HR consultancies, recruitment agencies, job boards and HR tech platforms. Applications are reviewed by hand, and commissions are paid monthly.
Commission details: 10% for the first year of every new customer, calculated on the initial Annual Contract Value of the customer's first subscription. Upgrades, expansions, seat additions, renewals and upsells after the first contract are excluded. No commission on refunds, chargebacks, or customers who do not stay in good standing during the first year of their contract. Partners with higher referred sales may qualify for higher rates under a tiered structure.

- Do not modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or adapt TestGorilla Services or try to derive their software source code.
- Do not use, transfer, transmit, export or re-export TestGorilla Services in violation of applicable law, rules or regulations.
- Do not develop software or a service derived from TestGorilla Services that is materially similar in function or competes with them.
- Do not bypass, hack or breach TestGorilla Services security or access or use the Services with or without automated tools such as scraping, crawling or spidering.
- Do not remove, change or obscure identification, proprietary notices or rights restrictions in TestGorilla Services or their components.
- Do not supply unlawful or injurious material through TestGorilla Services, including material contrary to law, public order or public morality, or malware or other harmful code or technology.
- Do not aid or assist third parties with any prohibited use of TestGorilla Services.
- Do not lease, resell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer or otherwise give TestGorilla Services to third parties other than Candidates, unless the Agreement expressly permits it.
- Only individuals aged sixteen or older may use TestGorilla Services.
