- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, sublicense, resell, rent, lease or supply its Dashboard, Engine or other defined Services to third parties or operate them as a service bureau.
- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, reverse engineer, decompile or try to derive source code, models, prompts, routing or memory logic, or classifiers from the Services, except where applicable law prohibits the restriction.
- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, use the Services, outputs, benchmarks or performance data to build, train or assist a competing product or service.
- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, publish or disclose benchmarks, performance results or comparative tests of the Services without prior written consent.
- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the defined Dashboard, Engine or related Services.
- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, interfere with or bypass security, rate limits, metering or access controls of the Services.
- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, probe, scan or test vulnerabilities in the Services without prior written consent.
- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, share individual credentials or allow access to the Services by people other than Authorized Users.
- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, introduce malicious code into the Services.
- TheTop customers must not, or permit any third party to, remove or alter proprietary notices on the Services.
