WPForms is a drag-and-drop form builder plugin for WordPress. It includes over 2,000 templates, conditional logic, payment forms with Stripe, PayPal and Square, surveys and polls, quizzes, user registration, file uploads, digital signatures and form analytics.
The affiliate program runs on WPForms' own affiliate system and pays 20% of a referred customer's first order, up to about $59.90 on an Elite license. Commissions are paid in the monthly payout once the referred account has stayed active for 37 days, applications are reviewed by hand within about 48 hours, and pay-per-click bidding needs written permission.
